Encore builders did a great job renovating our pool. From the moment that we met with Brandon, he made my dad and I feel at ease and explained the whole process to us. Within two weeks the work started and we had a new pool by New Year’s Day! The process was fast and cost effective. The workers were all very professional and nice. Definitely recommend Encore Builders for any pool or jacuzzi renovation you need.

As a career woman (currently typing this review while out of town!) with a busy schedule, I needed a driveway that was both beautiful and practical. I needed my driveway redone ASAP and I needed it done fast. Encore Builders made the entire process quick and easy, and the results look GREAT. From day one, Oz and Brandon were professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. They started by taking precise measurements and carefully mapping out the design to ensure the perfect layout. Once the plan was finalized, they got to work by digging up and removing the old driveway, making sure the foundation was properly prepared for the new and improved design. On the next stage, they leveled the ground to create a strong and even base, ensuring proper drainage so I wouldn't have to worry about water pooling in the future. (This is when you know a company is doing its job right). Then came the exciting part--laying the pavers. Their team worked meticulously, aligning each stone perfectly to create a seamless and polished look. Once all the pavers were in place, they applied joint sand and sealed everything to protect the surface and enhance the color. The entire process was smooth and well-coordinated, and they kept me updated every step of the way. ***Wondering how I am so knowledgeable about driveway renovations?!?!?! Well its only because the guys did such a great job of explaining everything to me. I'm the type of person that likes to be involved and understand exactly what is happening. Brandon and Oz made sure to put me at ease. Even the contract with them was highly detailed and written out so there were no surprises. Now, every time I come home, I'm greeted by a gorgeous, high-end driveway. The driveway finally matches the rest of my home design! If you're looking for a team that delivers quality, efficiency, and style, without breaking the bank- I highly recommend Encore Builders! Brandon and Oz are the best!

We chose encore builders among 5 bids for our backyard. We are very happy with the results. Oz spent time explaining what the detail endured and the whole crew was on time always. Really great guys. Brandon and Oz know customer service. They were available 24/7 to answer questions. I work late hours and was only able to talk via phone late evening- and Brandon always made himself available. He’s truly the best business owner I’ve ever met in my life. I even invited him over for a beer once the project was over that’s how much I connected with these guys. As far as the project goes- we did new pool plaster, artificial turf, a split drain, and new pool equipment. Everything looks great. The grass is nice and green and really makes the backyard look beautiful. Already recommended these guys to two friends and will be recommending to the whole neighbourhood. Easy five stars.

Encore Builders does phenomenal work!!!! The recently worked on my backyard and did new plumbing, fresh pool plaster, coping, gorgeous artificial grass, and a brand new deck with new tiles all around!!! My backyard has been undergoing renovation for the past few years. We got the guesthouse up and running and I wanted to refresh the pool area. Brandon and Oz did all the work from A to Z and I could not be more pleased!!! They did everything in a timely manner, were always available and in constant communication, and gave us the best price out there!!!! We even needed some touch ups and they came out after 4 months to perfect the job. 10/10 work

Encore Builders is currently finishing up an outstanding project for us that includes low-voltage lighting, pavers, turf installation, and a beautiful patio cover, and we couldn’t be more impressed. From the very beginning, Brandon and Oz were one hundred percent involved in every part of the process. They came out to give us a quote that proved to be extremely affordable (the best priced out of 5 local companies we brought out). They are in constant communication with us regarding every step of the process. Their team always arrives on time and cleans up the area when leaving. Everyone on their team is truly lovely. They also provided a 3D work up before the project so we would know what to expect. This for me was extremely helpful as I am a visual person and like to see things drawn up before moving forward with such a project. Overall, I had to write this review even before the completion of all these projects because I am blown away by such a company.

Fabulous work done by Encore Builders As someone who works in the interior design world- I have a discerning eye for quality and value. I am very impressed with the beautifully driveway Encore Builders created for me. Oz and Brandon were recommended by some friends. To be on the safe side i gathered many quotes from local companies and Encore Builders was still by far cheaper. Their price was half the price of some of the companies who quoted me and it was obvious those guys were not experienced nor professional. Encore Builders gave me a quote on the spot, an expected time frame, and later followed up with a clear and detailed estimate. They were able to finish the work in under a month and the outcome is stunning. Their work does not compare to other companies I’ve seen and I’m sure this will be the first of many projects.

This is the second time I?ve worked with Brandon and Encore Builders. They replastered my pool last year and did an excellent job. Some patches of grass in my front yard were dying and just becoming too high maintenance for me. I wanted a solution that would look good and save on watering. Luckily I remembered Encore Builders specializes in artificial turf so I gave them a call and called them out to give me an estimate. I got 8 different estimates (excessive I know) but I wanted to do my due diligence. After I gathered my estimates it was clear I was going to be happiest with Encore Builders. Brandon and the crew are the best. They were in and out and had the project done I one day. Easy five stars
