Sales man was very knowledgeable of the product. Sale was quick and easy. Was not however expecting to have our job completed by an independent contractor and not empire carpet works. But other than that work was very good

I used to use empire all the time. The sales rep got me a good deal on laminate but the installers said my floor wasnt perfectly flat so it couldnt be done. They told me this as soon as they came in the door and I got the feeling that they just didnt want to do it. I called the sales rep who said he had someone who could fix the floor for about $1000 which was more than the laminate! I tried for over a week to contact him but it turns out he was out of the country! I called customer service and they called him while I was on hold. He tried to call when I was on hold but I waited for customer service. I told them I just wanted my money back and got a complete refund in a few days. Thats the last time Ill deal with them.

Make sure to shop around the work was beautiful but the price was extreme I was to excited and did not research could have saved a lot of money

Had very bad experience with this company, delay after delay. Left messages and never received a return phone call back. Cancelled by contract and received a refund of down payment.

Had the whole house carpeted. Should have been a two day job and they hurried through it in one day. Nice and friendly gentleman but work was and is sloppy. Cannot totally blame workers. Not what I worked hard and saved and paid for :)
