They did a good job!

After having multiple companies out to look at our 48 yr old scraggly Silver Maple, they all to a man passed on trimming this huge tree. They all to a man said we needed to hire a company with a bucket. We had called Emery's Tree Service the year prior and called back to see if he was willing to trim our tree. He remembered the tree and the promise he had made (we didn't even remember!) of cleaning up a wood pile in our backyard. Three amazing guys took care of our Silver Maple and made it look really good again. It is no longer a bushy looking tree with scattered dead branches at the tips. It looks amazing and the guys were so efficient they got it done 3 hrs ahead of schedule. This 48 yr old maple is doing great and we are so grateful for a bunch of really nice and professional mountain guys who were willing to climb our tree and get it cleaned up for us. Great service! Thanks guys for a job very well done!

They worked so hard all day! Removed three pine trees; one of them was absolutely HUGE and close to the house. Very precise in their methods and cleaned up after. Interesting to watch how they work. Had to delay one day because the rain had set them back but that was fine and Emery let me know. They know what they're doing and I will hire them again.

He really knows his trees and how to care for them rather than a lot of other places that will just cut down anything and everything. Knowledge is worth a ton.

Outstanding!! Estimate was very reasonable. They arrived on time, worked very efficiently, verified which trees were to be trimmed and which were to be cut down. Thoroughly cleaned all the areas where they worked. He was so knowledgeable about trees! A truly pleasant experience!

I hired and paid Emery to cut down a tree and grind/remove a stump. He can to my house on a Thursday and removed the tree but never returned to grind the stump. I now have a large stump in my front yard. I have attempted to contact him numerous times only to be lied to about when the job would be completed. He has rescheduled 3 times and never shown up to finish the job. I had to sue him and am now awaiting a judgement in small claims court.

I had a very difficult time getting my refund. I had to call several times, email several times, and finally write a review. The owner responded immediately stating his son was in a horrible accident and he was sorry. He had someone deliver my refund the next day. Besides the difficulty getting in touch with someone for my refund, I would say this company seems solid and he had more reviews than any one in the area and almost every single review is excellent. I would definitely recommend this company and I would use them again.
