They were great. Graeme promptly came in as promised, gave me a quote, showed up on time, made sure that the truck would not damage the lawn, cut the tree and cleaned up after they were done. I had the BEST experience from Grame at Elliott tree. I did get a quote and it was VERY reasonable. He had also quoted me a very low price to grind down a few stumps my husband and I had out front. I will use Elliott tree for all of my arbor needs!

Graeme promptly followed up and followed through at each step-initial contact, quote, arranging a date to perform the work and lastly to take the trees down. Top notch service. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Very good overall. Competitive pricing. One gripe would be that I never received a final bill for the project (I would have like to have seen an itemization for how the final amount was calculated). A large portion of oak tree that Graeme mentioned would be great for burning was taken away (probably a least 1 cord)

Quote had changed as additional work was added and discounts we're given on site. Will be sending a complete Sales Slip for client review. Also was unaware of the interest in more firewood, I pay to have it removed. Would have made our work easier had we known how much they wanted. We would have charged $600 less to leave all the good firewood.

Graeme was very responsive to our needs, which is rare these days. He did a thorough job listening to what we wanted done, made some suggestions and within days completed some delicate pruning without damaging the trees nor the surroundings and left without leaving as much as a footprint. All this for very competitive fees. What more could you ask for! I recommend Elliott Tree for oustanding work. The ServiceMagic system worked in providing an excellent match.
