Staff was professional and courteous. They returned calls oromplty, showed up when they said they would, made helpful suggestions on how to care for the existing trees, stayed late to clean up thoroughly & worked extremely hard the entire day. The entire process was seamless, and my wife and I will defiinitely call on the team at Elliott Tree for any future needs. Also, having a certified Arborist who cares about maintaining the proper care of the tree above any additional income they could generate by removing trees insteading of spending time pruning them properly was one of the factors that weighed in on our decision to go w/ Elliott.

I am not one to write reccomendations but this was by far the best contractor experience. Graeme cared about my trees and our budget as if it were his own. Crew was polite and proffesional. After removing some large trees the crew did a great clean up and even put seed and fertilizer down where the lawn had a small disturbance. I highly reccomend Elliott Tree.

They were prompt in returning my call. They come out next day for an estimate and cut the trees down 2 days later. They completed the job to my satisfaction and cleaned up after themselves. They were very precise in cutting the trees since they could not get a cherry picker into the area. They caused no damage to any surrounding property. Great job and highly recommend.

Mr. Elliott is very patient to explain every detail about project estimation via email. After the job was done and we have made payment, we found that there are a few logs buried under the other woods were not cut offB We tried to email Mr. Elliott and he replied right a way and one worker showed upCwith in scheduled time, to complete everything.
