Came out the next day after calling. Single story but I couldnâ t get to the middle of the patio cover. Quickly cleaned all gutters and asked about the dryer vent. It needed a good cleaning and had a lot of lint to be removed. Professional, quick, and kept me off of the roof. Looking forward to quicker clothes drying!

The techs kept their initial appointment (which was at the beginning of October) to view the project--said they needed to order parts, then I never heard from them again. Two weeks later, I called one of them who left a card, but he did not return my call. Then I called the owner, who said he would return my call the next day with a date for the work to be done, but once again, I did not receive a call back. When I once again called the owner (two days later), he told me how busy they are and that they would see if they could get to my project sometime in December. Very unresponsive and unprofessional.
Response from Company:
I?m sorry you feel that way but we did let you know that the project you wanted to do is something we don?t even mess with and we would look into it in late December because it is our busy Christmas light season and we would have to figure out what kind of a lock would work for the situation.

They cleaned my windows and gutters, installed gutter guards and made me a new screen door on the premises. They were knowledgeable, friendly and fast. Iâ ve recommended them to several of my friends.

Rob and his colleague came out to my house to repair a blocked downspout. They showed up right on time and were finished in less than half an hour. Rob also offered a couple options for preventing future blockages - gutter screens, adding a second downspout - but no pressure (Iâ ll probably opt for adding the second downspout as itâ s a bit less expensive). They did a great job for a very reasonable price, and were great to work with - I would use them again.
