I can't recommend Elite Restoration Pro enough! When a tree unexpectedly fell on my family’s house, we were in a panic and needed immediate help. The Elite crew came to our rescue and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the moment we called, their team was professional, responsive, and compassionate. They quickly assessed the damage and provided us with a clear plan and timeline for the roof replacement. The crew was punctual, worked diligently, and kept the area clean throughout the process. Not only did they do an outstanding job on the new roof, but they also took the time to answer all our questions and ensure we were comfortable with everything. A hail storm during the night hours came came through this area a couple of months ago. I hadn't realized hail had accompanied what was a loud downpour of rain for a while during the previous night! A rep from Elite Restorations appeared at my home the following morning, telling me of the hail storm and offering to perform a free inspection. He told me of the extent of the damage and that believed I qualified for financial assistance through my home insurance. My insurance company sent out one of their inspectors who concurred with his diagnosis. We arranged a day for all the labor to be performed. The roofing crew members were all very patient and kind, just as all various reps of Elite Restorations have been. As I have a history of a heart attack and stroke from several years ago, all the helpful and caring employees with Elite Resotations gave me very appreciated stress free days and did a superb job throughout the entire process, doing the roof work in only one day!

What can I say was going to spend over 11k out of pocket tell Elite Restoration Pro showed up! After they left I had a new roof at the cost of my deductible! Let me tell you saved me big time.. plus amazed by efficiency very quick and stress free!! I recommend you check them out! THANKS

The crew was absolutely spot-on with their work ethic and skills. The on-site crew leader, Elvis, was easy to work with and always available. Dan came to our house to check on progress and answer any of our questions. His final house check was detailed and efficient. From start to finish, Jake was available to answer questions and resolve issues. One day and we have a beautiful new roof on all three buildings!

Jake and Dan and the roofing and siding crews were just amazing! The work was meticulously done and done in a timely fashion. The help we received with our insurance company, that Jake was in charge of , was wonderful. We highly recommend Elite Restoration Pro !!!!

We had hail damage and Elite worked easily with our insurance. They helped with the assessment of the damage and getting the work scheduled. They did an excellent job giving us a new roof and ensuring that the underlayment was in good condition. We have new vents that actually work. They did a wonderful job protecting the environment immediately around the house. When they were finished, they did a very thorough clean up with magnets to be sure they picked up any nails that missed the tarps.

Jake was great to deal with. He was willing to meet with the insurance adjuster at my home and was very good explaining everything to me. The work was done very efficiently and the crew worked well together. They cleaned up around the house better than I expected.

Elite Restoration Pro is amazing to work with! They helped me gain approval from my insurance company for my roof. This was due to hail. The communication was excellent. Hannah the office manager was so friendly. And always answered my questions and concerns. The roof after being approved was done in 1 day. And the best part! I did not need to wait weeks or months for it to be completed. They did it within the same week after we filled out paperwork. They truly care about clients. And you can tell they love helping people fix there homes. I strongly, strongly recommend calling Elite Restoration Pro if you ever need insurance claim work done on your home. Thank you again!!!

The work crew was quick and efficient. They replaced our roof in one day, and did a fantastic job on clean up. We took a small journey (5 months) through the State Farm's insurance swamp but our Elite representative, Jake Bebeau, was with us and went above and beyond every step of the way.
