Ernesto is very professional, always available and most important is he know what to do if there is a problem with Pool Equipment or Salt System. It is also very important for me to trust a person who does a service in your house if you are not watching. Previously I had companies that send a guys who just walk around for a few minutes and said that service was done. I have hidden cameras in the house so I can see what is going on in the back yard and live video to see how accurate people really do the job. I must say that Elite Pool company is really pro and would recommend them.

I live in New York so wasn't able to pay Ernesto before he started the job. Sice the pool was in dire need of cleaning he did the job on my word that the check was in the mail. That told me a lot. I would recommend his company again for sure.

Elite Pools, Ernesto and his crew are always very competent, professional, honest and personable. You always feel you're in good hands. Ernesto takes personal care of his customers and is always coaching his crew. I have seen it in front of me. His business not only takes care of my pool chemistry and structural integrity, but when we had to replace the pump motor once again, he and I were very perfectly in tune because he is an engineer and I had replaced my motor 3 times due to other providers' incompetence. He was there with all his crew and it was done right. I know, because I had done it before. I just could not do it again by myself (heart surgery). Elite Pools is also very fair priced: actually I truly believe that what you are getting from ELITE POOLS is FAR MORE than what you would get from any other pool maintenance company in South Florida. And I have tried most of them since I had to stop doing it myself. Some of them were so smug as to tell me that since I had dogs, my backyard was not "as pristinely clean" as his pool techs would like and since they would object to have to watch their step, he would not bid on the job. Can you believe the nerve and arrogance? Ask me, I will tell you who. PLEASE ask me. Elite Pools is the BEST, it's a family owned company who are committed to the customer's satisfaction, He is ALWAYS available to you, as are his employees. Even the pool techs know my dogs by name and my dogs love them ! Great business, Great guy, Great Family, Great Crew. Bless them. Support them.
