Initially had an issue with something but I called right away and they made it right the same day, within 2 hours of my call! They did a good job and have excellent customer service.

We hired them for a fall clean up first, and I was pretty impressed. So when things got bushy in summer (our first year in the house) I hired them to start mowing the yard and do some clean up in the flower beds. I never could tell that they had done anything in the flower beds despite multiple rounds back and forth with customer service until the point that I just gave up because clearly they dind't want to bother with me anymore. The lawn mowing was professional and looked good. Every once in a while we'd see tire tracks from the mowers but I could tell they were making an effort to be careful. What surprised me a lot is that I was then dropped off their mailing list for the next year. I guess I had assumed that since I hadn't canceled the contract, we could/would renew in the spring. Without warning, I was dropped from the theoretical February reminder email list and by the time I called to schedule for this year, their route was completely full. So now the lawn is needing a trim, we've gotten rid of our mower, and they've left me high and dry with no warning, which I find completely unprofessional. I had been intending to recommend them to other owners in the area, but now I'm not so sure.

They do an excellent job of keeping our lawn looking good. They also are very good at communicating with the resident. The office staff is very friendly and easy to work with. If they don't know the answer to a question, they will seek it out and get back to you. I believe they're one of the better groups in the area.

Elite Lawn & Gardening has been maintaining my lawn and gardens for several years. They are exceptional at their business; well organized, friendly personnel, and communication with their customer base is well above par. They keep me abreast of each season's needs, giving me choices and rates, and waits for my return email reply giving my instructions. I am a Lead on our community board "Nextdoor" and recommended them to the neighborhood membership years ago. I have never had better service and trust they will do the same for you, I highly recommend them.

Work was for weekly lawn maintenance. The price was a little on the high side, but their responsiveness and support were very good. Had to wait an extra week from the time I reached out to them before they would be able to start maintenance.

They were easy to work with and did a good job.
