Gregory replaced our old deck with a new one including a "picture frame" perimeter. It looks beautiful. Significantly better than the old deck did. He was very reasonable to work with on design and construction decisions and schedule. I particularly liked his communication responsiveness - answering EMAILs and phone calls promptly.

Gregory did a total demo of our 1924 kitchen and built a period style back porch onto our home. We were able to live in our home throughout this long project; everyone did a great job of communication and cleanup daily. The resulting kitchen and porch is beautiful, so functional and earning rave reviews from neighbors, friends and family. Though it went a bit beyond time frame, all work was well done and stayed on budget! Update 7-21-2021------6 1/2 years ago, Gregory remodeled our kitchen and built new porch. 2 years ago, we replaced piece of rotted trim.on porch. This year we noticed crack in floorboard and discovered extensive rot in structural post, sheathing, trim. We discovered use of interior ply, non galvanized fasteners, unprimed surfaces, partial tar paper wrap. He says we did not maintain or used inferior paint- neither true. CHECK YOUR JOB, BUYER BEWARE!

Gregory built an addition to an existing fence. He moved a gate to the end of the new section and built a gate where there was no gate previously. He and his crew were very professional and completed the project on time and on budget. I am very pleased with the results.
