Very responsive. Flexible scheduling. Very friendly. Arrived EARLY. Bill displayed common courtesy and professionalism, which I've found to be sorely missing qualities among businesses small and large these days. He treated me with respect on the phone and in person. Not once did I feel he was patronizing or trying to rush me along, despite the fact that it was the last Friday before Christmas (12/21). I've actually started looking for projects for him to do around my home!
