Owner Ken of North Crest LLC is a hardworking professional who brought our old dated, dark bathroom into a bright beautiful showplace we now fully enjoy! Our entire experience, from start to end, was a pleasure in communication and consideration. He had many good money saving ideas we used (like re-glazing the tub instead of replacing it that saved us big dollars and also looks great!). All his fit and finish are perfect, everything was left completely done and clean! We are very satisfied and recommend him highly. We also look forward to having him back here on our next projects. He is such an asset to have in our home, we are so pleased to say.

Ken came to my rescue as a previous electrician cancelled on me at the last minute, which would have thrown off my schedule for updating the family room. He contacted me in minutes, when I reached out on Nextdoor.com. He is licensed in NY and NJ, bonded and provided a certificate of insurance upon arrival. He changed all the outlets in my kitchen and fixed the under the cabinet lighting (which other electricians advised that they needed to be replaced. He changed all switches to dimmers in the family room. Moved switches and replaced sheetrock. Changed outdated fluorescent housing for high hats to accommodate led's. Moved outlets and patched the walls. Moved outlets and ran cables for Audio Video equipment for the mount for the flatscreen television. He is professional, kind, reasonable, knows his stuff and clean. Worked in my house for 2 full days without taking a break. He is a gem! I am recommending him to my friends and neighbors. I posted his contact info on Nextdoor.com as well. I was extremely lucky to find him! I am extremely happy with the end result.

Ken was professional and knew his stuff. He was punctual and friendly from the moment he arrived until he left. He was also very respectful about Covid protocol and even offered to wear booties in our home in addition to having a mask on the entire time. I would definitely recommend him and plan on using his services again in the future.
