Write a ReviewFriendly explained everything to my satisfaction
Wonderful service and didnt feel pressured. Definitely will continue to use them.
2/25/17 We hired Eddie's Pool Service on 12/02/16 when he demonstrated exactly what service he would provide by vacuuming our pool, sweeping the pool, scrubbing the sides of the pool and scooping up all the loose debris on the top of the pool & then testing the pool for the necessary chemicals and adding 50 lbs. of salt and other chemicals, & removing and cleaning all the filters (we have a salt generator) - he spent 45 minutes doing all these items - he said he would charge $35.00 per service including all chemicals & we agreed to his price. We relied on Eddie to come every two weeks and everything was fine until 02/24/17 when we watched a Camera Video (we had a Camera Security system installed 2/15/17) of Eddie & his assistant arrive at our home 2/24/17 @ 12:44p and go thru the motions of claiming to service our pool. We watched them set up @ 12:47 and Eddie start vacuum @ 12:47p and stop @ 12:50 doing only a small portion of the pool. His assistant test the pool water @ 12:46p & then start scooping the top of the pool water @ 12:50p and quit @ 12:51p doing only a small portion of the top of the pool water - the assistant added about 1/4 of a jug of chemicals @ 12:52p and they left @ 12:53p back to their truck & left -- they never scrubbed the sides of the pool NOR did they even check the pool filters, let alone remove and clean the filters. We called Eddie on 2/25/17 @ 5:29p and confronted him and he claimed he had fully cleaned the pool and did full service like he first showed us on 12/02/16 -- we then told him about watching him and his assistant on our Security Camera Video and he replied "I don't know what to say" At that point we terminated Eddie's Pool Service on 02/25/17 -- Be very careful if you hire Eddie's Pool Service. The ultimate in service and communication- I would recommend Eddie to anyone !
Eddie is a young man who takes his business seriously and is proud of it. Very friendly and easy going. Won't make you feel like he is doing you a favor and you owe him. Always on time, always returns your calls. Goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done. He has other people involved for help and will not leave you hanging if you have an emergency. When you pay, you feel like your money were well spent. Reliable, trustworthy, quality and customer oriented service. Go Eddie!
The service was wonderful. They went the extra mile and showed that the filter should have been replaced and that there was a broken part that should have been fixed by the previous pool service company(ASP).
This is a young man who is courteous, prompt and on time. He has had his business for two (2) years and is only 21 years old. He has an uncle who has been helping him to develop his business who is in his sixties (60's) and has been a pool pro. He is nice, ambitious and knowledgeable. He explained my pool problems, gave me fair pricing both for the parts and for the labor, was "Johnny" on the spot and did the work quickly and well. So far, he comes highly recocmmended by me!
They were the only pool service company in the Ocala area that did not try to get us to commit to a monthly maintenance plan.
Very nice
Explained everything he would do every week. Cleans the equipment and pool and said he'd give me some contacts for a pool company who could help me remove my slide and add a ladder.
