Absolutely great! Contractor was very professional. From start to finish, job was completed the afternoon of March 14, 2025, in a professional, expert manner. The finished product was absolutely perfect! The new vinyl siding replacement panels match the existing siding perfectly. Extremely pleased with the entire project and the quality of the outcome.

I hired Economic Pro Construction for a full flat roof replacement. Initially, a tech (i think) quoted me $7,000 after the inspection. I made it clear that I wanted a new roof, not a repair, and asked them to account for all potential extras upfront so I wouldn?t be surprised by additional costs. After this request, they revised my quote to $12,500, a significant increase from the original estimate. I accepted, assuming this covered everything. Once work started?literally just after peeling up the flat roofing?the owner informed me that my shingles and chimney needed additional work for an extra $3,200. The problem? These issues were completely visible from the start. These were not hidden problems uncovered mid-project; they should have been included in my initial quote. After my complaint, I was offered a $1,200 discount, which was a standard new customer offer from their website and should have been automatically included from the start. Work is good, poor professionalism.

Luis and his crew did a great job replacing a flat roof along with part of the main roof. This was a big job that was very well done in good time. Meticulous workmanship in every aspect of the job at reasonable costs and Luis was always easy to reach. I will certainly be using and highly recommend Economic Pro Construction

I had an emergency leak on one of my investment properties. Needed a new roof. Lewis answered my post within 20 minutes. we met the same day. Lewis is the owner of the company so you do not need to go through levels of salesmen. He gave me a fair price and scheduled the job for the next day. Lewis and his crew were professional throughout the job did a quality work and paid attention to details. Me and my tenants can not thank him enough. Luis the owner is very polite and kept us informed every step of the way. His amazing team did an outstanding job replacing our entire roof, gutters, and skylites.
