Eco Three

Eco three did a great job spray insulating my attic. Always showed up on time, performed quality work and left the work area cleaned up every day. I am very pleased.

From the very start, Jonathan was friendly professional and knowledgeable. His crew is a reflection of him as well. They were done in one day and I noticed the difference immediately. My A/C is an older unit but after they finished sealing the attic and installing new insulation, I see a marked difference in how much it kicks on each day. 3-4 times throughout the day vs not holding a temp and running most of the day continuously when it's hot outside. I recently had my home "sealed" and insulated by the professionals at Eco-three. I originally met with the lead energy evaluator, David Wilkerson, who came to my home and did a thorough evaluation of the boundaries within my home and of where I was losing energy. I live in a split level home and it has been very difficult to cool in the hot summer months. Having owned the home for about 20 years, I have upgraded my heating and air unit three different times because I thought that getting a larger unit was the answer to properly cooling my home. After discussing my issues with David Wilkerson and hearing his explanation, as well as having him show me via his electronic device how I was leaking conditioned air from my home in the summer and taking on cold air during the winter, I understood why upgrading the units had never worked. He was very thorough and very helpful in his explanations and he delineated each step that would need to be done to improve the efficiency of cooling and heating my home, and he also provided me with a itemized list of the cost. I had already considered what I thought would be both an expected as well as a fair price for the work, and his quote was actually less than the figure I came up with. I agreed to let Eco- three do the work. The team of professionals who came to my home to do the project were very knowledgeable and very efficient. The job was done over a two day period with a minimum of interruption to my routine, and the team leader, Jason, was very knowledgeable about the insulation and sealing process which was used to improve my home. I could not have asked for more efficient or courteous professionals to undertake such a project in my home. I can tell a big difference in how well sealed the "thermal boundary" of my home is , and in how much easier it is to cool the upstairs to the desirable temperature at which I program my thermostat. All levels of my home have the same degree of comfort. That is very new to me since I had been accustomed to a cold basement area, a comfortable mid level, but an uncomfortable and too warm upstairs area. Now, all levels are maintained equally and my unit does not run too long. I no longer dread the intense mid to late summer heat thanks to the professionals at Eco-three. I recommend them highly. They rightfully talked me out of the hard spray insulation because it would have cancelled my termite bond. Instead they installed regular insulation, and did a great job. Additionally, they made me aware of 2 other issues that I was unaware of, so l"d highly recommend them.

They did a great job for me. They charged more than I expected to pay and charge extra if I had used a credit card so I paid with a check. They should allow a credit card without an extra charge. They arrived on time and brought my existing insulation from R19 to R38+. Cleaned up before they left and owner came by later to inspect the job and make sure job was done correctly. Would recommend them without any reservation.
