Haven’t had snow removal yet but really like his professional and friendly attitude!

After using this service for a number of years, I was really displeased with them during the 2022-2023 season. Donâ t know who Garrett was hiring, but the snow â clearanceâ was absolutely pathetic. I was 71 at the time, and could have done a better job on my own, in fact, HAD to do it on my own. For the 2023-2024 season, I went elsewhere. Wouldnâ t EVER recommend this service to anyone.

Snow removal. Last year we had decent service. This year 23/24 so far they have avoided, due to their new 1.5" minimum, avoided coming out twice now, so I had to do it. Not appreciated as I am 75. Am I supposed to hire a secondary to do it? Not happy, will be looking elsewhere next year.

We are using their services on a regular basis every winter!

Great customer service

Eco Services was miserable to deal with along with its owner Garrett Olson. I hired Eco Services for the 2022/2023 season paying for the seasonal package, which is $1400, made in 2 payments. They have a dusting rate add on when snow is between .5 and 1 inch for $50 per service. Pricing is $30 for amounts under 9 inches and $40 for any amount over 9 inches. They typically operate on a 12-hour work cycle but will use the full 24 hours provided by the city if need be. There were 3 main issues with the services. (1) First, they take way too long to come to remove the snow - or do not come at all which is a nightmare scenario if you have tenants or face city violations. In addition, in a multi-day snow event, they usually only come once which means if it snows for 2/3 days, you will have to walk and drive over heavy snowfall until they finally come. (2) The communication with the Company is handled with Garrett Olson and he is not an organized business owner or a good communicator. He uses a fleet of snow removal people and has notes in your account for details, but they seem to always be missed - and these are basic things like where to plow a path. (3) The quality was poor, and I had to constantly call Garrett Olson to actually come out to do removal. He seems to blame normal snow events and his staff but does not actually fix anything or take responsibility. I finally ended service with him after he failed to complete his snow removal after a snow emergency, and when he sent over some guys to do the job 4 days later, they did not even shovel the pathways correctly. If you read this review, take my advice and move onto the next company, even if they cost a little more. Do not hire this company for snow removal. You have been warned.

Just hired Eco Services for this winter snow removal. Since it is the beginning of the season, they have yet to perform any snow clearance. However, the initial conversation with Garrett Olson was very informative and clear. He is very personable and prompt to reply to email and phone messages.

Eco Services offers super quality at a very competitive price. They have always cleared our snow as soon as it stops. I referred two neighbors to Eco Service who were not happy with their current snow service.
