They responded quickly, got to work right away, and did everything they could to help us get our home back in shape before the big day. After a flood left us displaced for eight months, we hired EcoPure to handle the mitigation, rebuild, and to help as a go between with the insurance company. They were phenomenal. One of our biggest fears was that the house wouldn't feel the same, but their craftsmanship is so precise that it looks exactly like it did before the disaster. Beyond the high skill level of the repairs, their communication was top-tier. We were always kept in the loop on timelines and progress, which provided so much peace of mind during a stressful year. Jake and his team at EcoPure are top notch. Having a flood is stressful and you want it fixed yesterday. EcoPure is the best in town! From the first phone call to the last speck of dust, they took care of us with meticulous detail. The plan was carefully explained, they were efficient and took extra care to keep the clean parts of our home clean during the demolition and reconstruction. We hope to never need their services again, but highly recommend them if you do.

We had a flood from a water heater and simultaneously a bathtub leak. Called Eco peer Jake and Josh were out to the house within two hours and assessing the problem and damage. They were able to get a plumber out at the same time to help shut off the water and begin figuring out a repair. We had an estimate on the repair work within one day and work began one day after that. The work was done incredibly well. All of the subcontractors were on time and very efficient, very polite, great work from start to finish. Everything was done and handled in amazing time and certainly an affordable price. Jake was great to work with and extremely detail oriented. The house is back together and we couldn’t appreciate the work Eco pure and their employees and subcontractors did for us more. Would give my strongest recommendation.

Josh was great!! He inspected the start of a mold removal from another company, and found no mold in sight, no signs of wet areas, or smell of mold. Lab test came back clear of any spores in the air. We had been scammed and he saved us thousands of dollars and time. Go with Ecopure
