Tom and Autumn were prompt in their availability to give an estimate and then install our window films. They are true professionals with both the windows that had easy access, as in our kitchen, and the windows needing a tall ladder, as above our front door and fireplace. Tom even went above and beyond by handing my husband the globes from our entry chandelier for cleaning and then he put them back up (we do not have a 16-ft. ladder!). We enthusiastically recommend them AND the difference the ECOFilm is making in reducing UV glare and heat without blocking some natural light!

Tom and the EcoFilmPros team were absolutely incredible. We had an urgent event window decal installation come up when our original installer was no longer able to make it, and we were in a real pinch. I found Tom through Angi after searching for someone with window decor experience, and thankfully, we were matched. It was a Tuesday early evening, and Tom reached out right away. Within minutes, he had the proper documentation, estimate, and invoice sent over and was ready to go. He was also extremely flexible as our timing kept changing, including being willing to come early the next morning or that same evening once the hotel approved it. Tom arrived with two other team members, and they knocked it out quickly and professionally. He also helped us creatively with decal placement, which made a big difference. After 20-plus years in the event industry, it is rare to find this level of responsiveness and care IMO these days. Do not hesitate to work with Tom and EcoFilmPros.

We love our new tinting! It’s helping with the sun coming in. It’s going to be perfect way to help keep the warm summer sun out. The staff was very professional and kind. They got the work done in a timely manner and left no mess after. The owners are very sweet and kind as well. If we ever need any future window tinting we will definitely be back! 10/10 I highly recommend booking with them!
