"He also cleaned a bathroom tile floor and it looks really good, especially the grout. He came at 9:00 and was through around 11.:30. He cleaned 3 chairs, 2 ottomans, and a sofa. He was friendly but very professional. He did a great job and we will probably continue using his services when we need this done again."

He was able to do all of the items on my list, from cleaning and restoring grout, replacing a shower floor, regrouting a bathroom and replacing tile in another.
