Michael is the WIZARD of aappliances!!!!Michael was prompt, efficient, clean and very courteous. He knew exactly what was wrong and easily fixed the problem quickly. Not only is he good at his job but he has a great sense of humor. Thankful he was able to help me.

Came two time can not get the commercial oven working. I decided to buy new oven . So I let Mike return the parts, then I can get my parts money back Which is $629.87 I paid by check. Now it?s been weeks I called and message to the guy Mike, he will not answer or respond back to me. disappointed on the service. Would not recommend.

I got the oven working and I returned the part soon as I get the money back from the part he can have it so he gets a free oven that works and plus the part return that he gave me. You cannot trust people nowadays they lie like a dog stuff is not free and people wants free stuff. They do anything they can do to get free stuff especially this guy. He owns a Chinese restaurant in Elizabethton. I would advise no one to go there.

He was punctial and polite at first. He arrived to assess the problem and told me what parts he needed to order. Looked up the cost and asked for a check in the amount of $273. That was to cover the parts he felt we needed. After leaving, he though we might need one more part costing $75. I paid him through CashApp. He arrived to install what he had and after leaving, he said my payment bounced. We had more than enough money in our account to cover said amount. He indicated we must not have had any money for this to happen. I paid him again, through CashApp in the amount of $95 (to cover the original $75 plus some of his fee incurred). He claimed the $95 was not being honored, that is when I called our bank and found that both payments went to him (through CashApp). I sent him a screenshot showing the payments were processed and he still claimed they were not received and it was due to our bank. He even sent me a copy from his bank and circled the bounced transaction. Above where he circled clearly showed that he received both payments and his fee was reversed. At that time, my husband told himto no longer contact me. He told my husband that he would come out and complete the repairs when he got the part. About 4 days later my husband tried to call Mr Corder. He would not answer the phone, but sent a text back to my husbands question asking when he would be back out to finish the job. His response was inappropriate and continued sending mean texts. Between his texts to me and my husband, I have printed off 19 pages. The last attempted contact was about the 14th. He does not answer or return any calls. Our refrigerator still has the same problem as before he came.

I never received the part for the washer but paid for front. This was in April. Very disapointed.

I ordered the part for her and I told her it was on backorder. She says she still wants the part. I told her it?s gonna be a while before I can get it. I told her it?s best if I just give her money back, but she said she wants the part instead, she put the review on June 26 and a week later on August 5 I talked to her and she still wants the part no money back so why does she put a review in first place if she still wants to wait when I offer her to get money back doesn?t make sense to me

Michael of Easy Appliance Repair took $249 from me for parts for my electric range repair. After four weeks and no show I called. He said parts were back ordered. After four weeks again and no show I called again, he said he hadn't heard from parts people and put me on hold to look for info he said. He never came back or ever answered another call from me. The Carter County Sheriff's office sent me to sessions court but the court said it would cost about $200 to subpoena him and that they had no authority to collect any of my money from him. So he took $250 from me. Thanks a lot Easy Appliance Repairâ somekind of quality service. Don't let this guy rip you off !!

I gave his money back a year ago. I went to his house July of last year. He put a review in almost a year later he is one crazy guy or has dementia or something. He said he went to Carter County Police Department or something and he lives in Johnson City. It should be Washington county Police Department. He went to, so I don?t think he knows what he?s doing, he knows I gave him his money back last year. Who?s gonna wait a year later to try to get their money back or he just might have Alzheimer?s or dementia or something I don?t know all I know is I gave him his money back and I got proof of it for anybody out there that really wants to know,

To begin with, I wish I had read his reviews BEFORE I hired him. Called him before Christmas, my refrigerator had stopped freezing and cooling. Came by on time, ordered part. Charged me 200.00. over a week later put part on frig. Still not working ordered another part. Put another part on charged me another 100.00. Mike was suppose to come back and check freon, never came back. In hospital with COVID? Called him day after New years to come by and check freon. I am out 300.00 frig still do not work. Here it is January 11, 2024, no phone call, no nothing. I would say hire at your on risk.

I told her after I was over with Covid I would come by and check Freon but I guess she didn't care how bad I was or she wanted to catch it and pass it along as well when I was feeling better I called to to check it she said she went and purchased another one and said forget about it I was going get here some money back but she didn't return my calls at that point I done my best sorry I was real bad with Covid I guess people don't understand how bad that can get

Same out to inspect dryer-said I needed a new heating element and he would have to order the part. A month later I was able to reach him- as he thought I was a new customer. Asked about the element, he said it still was not in. Three days later it miraculously arrived and scheduled him to come back out. Surprise surprise it was the wrong part. Said he would reorder, and then would not return calls or texts. Thank goodness for YouTube. I ordered the correct part the first time. It arrived in 2 days and I fixed it myself. Will not use Angi in the future. Would NEVER recommend this company.

They had back order on the element that?s why he went through Amazon. I can?t go through Amazon or eBay the company don?t allow that I gotta go through my supplier to have it warranty and plus I didn?t charge them for anything so what?s he complaining about? I?m sorry he couldn?t get done in a fastly manner but I don?t got control over parts. If I had the part my truck I would?ve put it in right then if it was here two hours later, I would?ve put it in right Then, I don?t got control when parts are going to get here. All I gotta do is place the order when it gets here it gets here. Anything can happen and he knew I had a back order on the element and I told him when I was there, you can order from Amazon if you would like to, but I cannot warranty the part he should?ve done that the first place he knew he just mad because he had to use his little fingers to type something up to order it people are lazy if that?s what you wanted to do in the first place. That?s what he should?ve did. I?m sorry it was on back order. I do not got control over that Whatsoever
