Write a ReviewHe diagnosed the problem to be the controls (wash cycles) and said he knew which part was needed and he d order. I paid $355.00 in check for trip out and the part. It s almost 2 1/2 months since the initial visit on February 6. Waited a few weeks, had to call him to get update. They sent wrong part, fast forward another 3 weeks still no new part (said tied up in mail) after another 2 weeks I had to contact again. Finally last week i had to call him again and ask when he would come to fix. Decided on Monday morning (yesterday)first thing. Never showed, hasn t responded to my texts or numerous phone call! Today still goes to voicemail. At this point I feel like I ve been strung along and just want my money back.

STAY FAR AWAY! I should have read the reviews. Very similar siituation. Mike came out to repair our Bosch refrigerator ice maker. He quoted a price for a new ice maker (don't recall price, maybe over $1K). The part that arrived was incorrect so he told us he was working with a company to get the part. This went on for a while. We went back and forth with texts trying to move this project along and get it done. In the end, it was obvious he didn't want to follow through. IMO he figured he would just outlast us and hoped we would go away. He blamed the issue for not receiving the correct parts on the company he was using and so we are out an icemaker and our money. We started this in April 2025, next month will be a year. No concern, blew me off over my last several texts inquiring about this issue and when I finally asked if he planned to reply, there was no apology, no concern and acted as if I was bothering him. Customer service doesn't seem to be his forte. Not recommended.
First of all, his wife told me to take that part out. It was making ice, but she wanted to do something else and she want me to get another part and she didn?t even pay me for the part so there?s no scams there. I just can?t get the part because I?m backorder. There?s nothing I can do when the parts on backorder and they know that

When your repair isn't easy call Easy Appliance repair. Mike has been to my house twice in the past for different appliances has always done an excellent job. Recently because I watched a YouTube video I took apart my Whirlpool oven door but couldn't figure out how to put it together. I called Mike, and we set a time and he was early which is good because it took nearly 2 hours to put the door back together because the YouTube video was wrong. I was extremely happy that I won't have to buy a new electric oven. I find Mike to be reasonably priced, on time, communicates well with you and is extremely smart in diagnosing what's the problem is as well as repairing the problem. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Guy named mike from Easy appliance repair came out n checked my fridge! He said he needed $300 up front to order the board to fix it! I gave him $300 cash! He left before giving me a receipt! For weeks he kept saying the part was lost in shipping n they were looking into it! Then last week he tried to say he wasn't the one who came to my house n took my money! Its the same phone# all the messages between us the day he came n of him telling me the part was Iost. All messages are on my project page and saved on my phone! The guy new I'm disabled n had to save that money up! He left before he gave me a receipt because he had no intentions of ordering the part! He came to my house n took My money n then he never came back! Now im out $300 n i still have a tore up fridge in my kitchen!. I don't think u can get any lower than screwn over a disabled female who lives alone after losen my husband to suicide! I may not have a receit but i do have all the messages between us! He told me the part was lost in shipping for over 2 weeks!
I never went to her house she has me confused with some one els I talked with Angie and they know I it was not me I tried to help her find right person but she thinks it?s me 5?10 I?m not 5 10 she says I wore white t shirt and blue jeans I don?t ware whit t shirts and blue jeans and she said I was there at 7:16 am and she has video 1 I don?t seat intill 8 and if she has video she would know it?s not me I sent a random photo on internet and she said that was him but that person is died so idk

I don?t know what this guy?s talking about. I did not win the job for him. He must be talking about someone else never went to his house whatsoever.
Hey was very polite and knowledgeable. He had replacement part available. Had my dishwasher repaired and running under 30 minutes.
Job was completed but it took a week. Communication was difficult as he spoke to himself? Hope that makes sense. Asked him to order the fan he said would need. Two days later I asked him about it and he hadn?t ordered it yet. He had me trying to do a lot of the work with him on the phone. Again, communication was difficult. Finally he came by and took everything apart and said, you know what? I might have a fan in my car. He installed the fan without difficulty. He did follow up via phone almost daily.
I worked on her refrigerator for days. I helped her out for days to help her figure out what?s wrong with the refrigerator without even charging her money I worked on it for days and about me talking to myself. I have no idea it got fixed without me have to order the the part I guess people don?t like nice people they want mean people to do their stuff. She should?ve thanked me. I guess you get what you get. This world is coming to a complete shit hole.
