Very nice technician. He researched and found a toilet that is easy to repair in close quarters, i.e. there's a built in counter above the tank. The only minor issue was the installation date had to be rescheduled because the tanks that were shipped were not put on the truck in time. Excellent work by the technician and cleaned everything up after the installation.

Water Heater replacement was not needed. Upfront inspection and quote for the repair of the plumbing and the fix was completed same time. Excellent service.

I was out of the country when my housekeeper notified me the trap in kitchen sink was broken and needed replacing. I arranged the repair over the phone and they were great to work with. I was told they did a great job.

Very professional; installed Pelican softner system. Provided upfront quote & completed work same day. Very happy we had experienced tech perform the install & ensure correct function of our system. Technician was willing to work after 5pm when needed. He was prompt, efficient, courteous, and up front about the prices of each service and product.

He came and was able to repair our faucet. He could have tried to sell us on a new faucet but he was honest and did just what needed to be done. The technician was quick and very honest and very reasonable on the cost. I will use them again. They did a great job. And what's funny is we have a plumber living across the street but we would hire Earl's Plumbing again anytime.
