Great customer service. Responded very quickly to my water heater issues. Water heater was leaking and not heating on a Thursday night, they were here by 11am Friday morning. I needed a new unit, it was installed by 10am that Saturday. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs.

Excellent customer service from the estimate to the install. Arrived on time, gave me a call that they were on their way. Ryan took his time explaining all my options so I could make a decision I would be happy with. I called them on the recommendation of a friend and would gladly pass along that recommendation. I was comfortable with him in my home and felt like he respected my time, got the job done within the time specified.

Excellent customer service. Ryan W was very professional and, after a thorough exam of the water heater, clearly explained our options. We were then able to make what we feel was the correct decision. The install went smoothly from beginning to end with a complete clean up of the area. Very reasonable price. We will use Earl's for all of our future plumbing needs.

I believe I got an okay deal as far as money goes, however I did not check into prices very much.....that is why I am not rating that one very high........Scott was super nice and knowledgeable.....got it done with little inconvenience to us...he said his boss was the best boss and very generous....liked that about Earl.....
