Earl went above and beyond of what was expected for the job. He was very friendly, polite, and also very competent in his area of expertise. I was working with what seemed to be a very complex issue with my computer and after a couple of hours of troubleshooting, Earl was able to diagnose the issue that seemed so difficult beforehand. He also helped me fix my other PC for no extra cost and out of his own time. He stayed past working hours to make sure he got the job done that he cane to solve and made sure his customer was satisfied. If I could double Earl s rating, I would. He s a very knowledgeable, professional, and excellent computer repair specialist and I would highly recommend him to anyone else that runs into computer issues.
