This company was phenomenal! We had no power in part of our house after moving in and the came out after 6 to help is out. Then came back for an appointment and spent 3 days at my home installing light fixtures, upgrading box, fixing outlets, replacing wires. Thy were very professional and I would highly recommend them.

I'd give no more than 2.5 stars for the service I received. To give you more details... It was easy to schedule an appointment. The communication was good and technician came on time. It hard to say about a job quality since I consider the job as very easy one. Basically it was required to screw in a hot wire in one of GFCI outlet which they called "120 volt branch circuit restoration". Now about the most interesting part - money. No formal estimate was given for the job. The final amount was ridiculous. It is kind of strange when an electrician charge for an hour more than twice as much as doctor or a good lawyer. That is greedy. To summarize if you are ready to overpay you might consider to use this service provider otherwise I would advise to look somewhere else.

I am sorry to hear that you were not 100% satisfied with the service you were provided. We offer flat rate prices for each job we do. Your project was for a circuit restoration as we had to find where the circuit had lost power, so we could restore it. We gave you the pricing prior to the work being performed, and we found the GFCI to be defective and replaced it, and also replaced a defective switch. The final price of the job was actually $100 less expensive than what was originally quoted. Again, I am sorry you are not satisfied, and if there is anything further we can do, please feel free to call me, so we can further discuss the issue. 770.769.4033.
