Customer service was fantastic. I got immediate service, explanation, and they even checked if there was anything else before leaving for the day. I did think the price was a little high compared to what i had budgeted for and diy but you get what you pay for and the excellence in customer care and satisfaction are worth a few extra dollars. *note- i did not get a quote with another company so this could be legit comparable for the market*

The electrician gave me an option - either he could do a diagnosis or replace the unit. Since I had forgotten how long that fan had been installed, I opted for the replacement. It took him just a few minutes to replace the fan and thermostat - great service but a little pricey I thought (without doing any comparisons). Fan operates smoothly now.

Was late, but let me know through call and text. Pretty expensive for an add on service, but charged in the range of other electricians, for the quote on initial project. Cleaned up post repair. Wore booties and respectful of home.
