I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, who is 70 yrs old. She hired Roman and his crew to remove water damage in her 3 flat unit in late August/ early September, 2024. In the beginning, Roman seemed to be professional and someone she could trust, so when he offered to do the construction portion of the project, she hired him. As it grew closer to the holidays, I decided to get involved to find out why the re-construction process was taking so long. This is when I discovered that Roman and his team/wife/partner was taking advantage of my mom?s senility as they make construction decisions without my mother?s permission because they thought they could get more money out of the insurance company (after receiving two settlement checks already). As of today (12/31/25), the work has not been completed, Roman has abandoned the job, and after MANY attempts to communicate with him reconcile, I will have to move forward with this review being my 1st step towards justice for my mom.
