Deb H. in Carnegie, PA Answered all my questions and explained everything. Worked with me on placement of antenna cable inside my house for an outdoor antenna. He was able to utilize my own antenna and make it work. Also, helped move a piece of furniture and move it back when done. A little delay in scheduling but followed up and came the next morning. Overall, great job!
