Customer service was great very professional. Explained everything to me in the way I could mostly understand I'm not very technical.. but he did a great job in all aspects. Had some issues with one of the TVs getting them hooked up and he went the extra mile to make sure everything was good and working. Would definitely recommend this to anyone that's tired of the cable bullies.

Chuck was so nice. He did everything I wanted and more. His quote for the work was spot on and didn't over charge even though he was here for quite some time trying to determine the path of the multiple installations I've had over the years. I would highly reccomend.

Chuck is great with kids. My 4 yr son followed him everywhere and now my son was to be antenna installer himself. Chuck went above and beyond by making sure I was comfortable with all the plan of action before doing so. Would recommend no-one else beside him.

Chuck is the kind of guy you'd be thankful for to have as a neighbor. Very friendly and worked his butt off the entire time he was here. He has a wealth of knowledge for anyone cutting cables from cable companies to ensure you know how to get the features you love from the cable boxes and what to buy. He installed an antenna and ran cables to 5 rooms. Chuck is so experienced it felt like he had a GPS in his head to know exactly where the signals were coming from when adjusting the antenna for signal. He was able to correctly identify where existing cables were and made use of them before just running his own. Pricing was extremely fair. He does not leave until you are getting the best out of the installed equipment. He leaves letting you know exactly how he could resolve any future equipment failure or damages should that happen. I will recommend Chuck to anyone that is looking for this type of service.
