As soon as I contacted them about a screened in porch, we arranged a date for an estimate. Ed acted promptly and after having 3 previous estimates I knew that EMZ was the team I was going to work with. Ed and Mike arrived the next week and started the construction. They worked hard and the standard of their work is outstanding. The porch and deck are now my pride and joy and look forward to spending a lot of time out there. I would definitely recommend the EMZ team which includes Melissa, who also kept me up to date with costs and a payment schedule. You will not be disappointed!!

Ed and Melissa are very professional and a pleasure to work with. I had a wall partition between the kitchen and living room that I wanted removed and framed in. They were quick to schedule an assessment of the work and provided an estimate for the cost of my project,and completed the job perfectly and completely on time and within the agreed upon price which was fair and reasonable. Hands down, I would hire them again.
