We contact E&M Enterprises based on the work we saw on their own building. I spoke with Eric, scheduled a meeting to discuss the work and didn’t look back! Eric responded promptly, listened to the work we wanted done to include siding repair and painting. The estimate we received was fair for the work. Eric communicated when they would be starting on our house and reached out if his crew ran into any issues. The E&M Enterprises crew seamlessly replaced the siding of one side of our home, as well as some rotted areas, before painting. They taped off the deck area and around the windows which allowed for a clean paint line. The crew cleaned up after themselves every day which was nice so that there was a clear walkway into the home. Eric was available anytime I had questions and provided clear answers and information. We are beyond please with the work from E&M Enterprises and are planning to use them again after the winter to paint our garage!

Eric and his team went above and beyond, replacing my roof after wind damage and replacing the drywall that was damaged.Showed up when they said they would and the quality of work shows in my beautiful roof. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

We recently bought a house in Montrose. We needed some roof work done. We had a very hard time getting a company to come out and take a look at it. Eric came out the same day I contacted his company and gave me a written estimate. He sent his team over and had the job done within the three days he started on the estimate. Workers were great and cleaned up the area around the house beautifully! He has a great company, great team and great customer service.

I called and he showed up that day, he worked me in on a buzy day. He looked at job and said what he thought it was didn’t try and over sale me . He did tell me of a few things more that will need done sometime. He then told me he would be able to do the job in 2 days and showed up and very efficiently did the job and charged a very fair rate exactly what he said he would . He put my mind at ease your roof you don’t want to worry about. On leaving he said call me with any other problems i stand by my work. I am vey pleased to of found him Thank you

We had to do our part before Eric could remove the furnace, but he kept in touch until we were both ready. His crew came in and removed the furnace ( two tons of metal to recycling) efficiently and promptly. We are grateful

The pro never finished the job!!!!!!

My job was small and Eric was able to come out in a couple of hours and do the repair. He was very polite and interested in not only getting the job done but took a few minutes just to talk with us. Would definitely recommend him.
