Nate and Eric were very personable and willing to listen to your ideas. They were punctual, clean and very meticulous with their work. You could tell they really take pride in what they do. We did a master suite renovation during Covid. Even with all the delays and setbacks, they still finished the job when promised. Our bathroom is BEAUTIFUL! We cannot thank you boys enough and look forward to working with you again in the future!!

Eric and his team (EMD Builders in Hollis, NH) did a superb job making sure that my family could enjoy our raised Trex backyard sun deck for many many more years. Even though the floor and railings of my 20-year-old backyard deck looked in great shape, its surface was not level in places. EMD came out and found that the understructure was giving out and that pressure-treated (PT) wood had not been used when originally built. I got 2 estimates from EMD, one for totally demolishing the deck and building a complete brand new deck, and another for keeping the Trex surface and railings, replacing the rotting wood understructure with PT wood, and making sure the deck was level. I chose the second approach, also the less expensive one. Eric wrote up a detailed design and construction plan, had my town's building inspector approve it, acquired the replacement PT beams, put in more concrete structures in the ground for more vertical support beams, jacked the deck up, constructed a very solid, elegant-looking understructure, and made sure the deck was as level as new, all in a very short time. The relatively young,middle-aged building inspector confirmed the excellent work and said it would last way past his own lifetime. It feels great to once again walk on a level deck surface and recline on lounge chairs, knowing that the rock-solid deck will keep me, my family and friends safe and steady, dancing 12 feet up off the ground for many sunny days and cool starry evenings, and stay good through many harsh winters too.

EMD did a great job refinishing our stairs and replacing the handrails and balusters. Nate was very flexible to work with given some challenges we encountered. Price was fair and quality was excellent.

They did a great job! They are very timely and they do everything that I ask them to do. They were phenomenal workers and are my go to people. Very respectful and they really care about the customer. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
