This company is terrific. I had another company cancel on me after waiting 1 1/2 for an appointment. When I called Dynamic, Ashleigh told me that they had an available appointment the next day. This was a huge relief as it was 3 days before Thanksgiving. When Justin & Larry arrived they assessed the carpet proceeded to treat, clean & deodorize. The process was done in about an hour. My carpet looks like new again considering there were quite a bit of stains from the dog & great granddaughter. Justin & Larry I can't thank you enough. Best wishes to both of you and your families. I was very happy with the job they did. My hardwood floor was rather challenging but they explained what they could and could not do for it and overall it looks very good. The younger of the two gentlemen was extremely customer focused and discussed everything they were going to do. I would definitely recommend this service.
