I had an upholstered chair cleaned and it was fine. I also wanted 4 floors washed - wood floors that are old and dirty. And 2 Lino tiled floors. I was charged $60 a room and all that was done was literally mop the floors. I can do that. I expected spotless work. Get into places the mop will not reach - you know a professional cleaning job. I was sorely disappointed. They had to go over the tiled floors again and only cleaned where their mop machine would reach. Still dusty under radiators and literally just mopped. I could have done that. I see 5-star ratings for this company. Maybe it was a bad day or they are better at carpets than wood floors. Additionally, when I called them back to redo the floors and pointed out the areas that needed to be redone there was no acknowledgment of a job done poorly or that it was understood why I was disappointed. No validation, no apology.

Hi Ellen, We appreciate your feedback. Our machinery is not equipped to get underneath radiators and appliances as we use a continuous rotation brush to strip, wash and buff floors, not a mop. We?re sorry you weren?t happy with the service but we came back immediately to address your concerns. We are not a maid service, so we don?t carry mops on the truck with us so some areas are not accessible to us. Please be in touch if you would like to discuss it further. Thank you, Ashleigh

This husband and wife run company were so accommodating to work with. We were in a pinch moving from a different state, and moved into a roach-infested apartment. We had to move last minute and although our furniture was ok, we wanted peace of mind. We wanted our couch cleaned ASAP. They were able to book immediately and they even came to our storage unit. The couch never looked so new! Thanks to both of them and their team!
