This is the second time we have used Rowland and the team at Dwell Renovations. We built a full addition for my mother in law. Kitchen, living room, bath, bedroom. We couldn’t be happier with how it came out and my MIL is unbelievably pleased. Rowland and all of the contractors, electricians, plumbers and tile folks treated the job like they were working on their own homes. They were patient with our hundreds of questions and requests. Rowland kept us in the loop every step of the way and met , or beat, every timeline. He always had great advice and a keen eye for the details.

Roland and his crew were great! They made the whole process of designing and picking out the materials a breeze! Any problems we came across during the process were addressed and taken care right away! My 35year old deck was replaced with a beautiful new deck that has gotten many compliments! I will be hiring them to do my bathroom remodeling.

Rowland helped design and develop an excellent layout of our new extended kitchen. He uses high quality materials and skilled craftsmen. Everything was taken care of from demolition, framing, electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, flooring, painting, and to skilled cabinet installation. Rowland is reliable and always reachable. You can be certain that the job will be done right, to high standards, and the results will look fantastic!

We hired Dwell renovations to put an addition and remodel our kitchen in 2021. Roland was very helpful and professional throughout the project. He kept us informed and gave us some good ideas. Even with all the delays and shortages due to Covid, He found ways to get materials through other vendors and did his best to keep the project moving. I would highly recommend him.
