They were very prompt with a call back. They scheduled a date for cleaning the front of my duplex which is brick. They seemed very confident that they would be able to remove the white chalk off of the brick. I was not able to inspect the job until they were gone. There was some stubborn area that did not come clean. They did return $100 dollars to me for not being able to get the stubborn areas clean. I have seen other older buildings much worse than mine that was professionally cleaned and the building looked brand new. I was a little disappointed Stetson's were not able to do as good as job as another company.
