Dust Busters was very accommodating to our need for a fragrance free carpet cleaning. Our daughter is very fragrance sensitive and we needed the products used to do the job, but not leave a lingering odor. After they were completed, we didn't detect any odors and this was perfect. The work was accomplished quickly and the technician was cordial and professional. I would have liked a bit more effort on the front of the stair steps, as it doesn't look like those areas were worked as they were completely dry. However, overall, this was a great cleaning, using "green" products.

Not easy to write but I hope this helps Dust Busters get better, as well as new customers get better quality and service. Was hired to clean carpets including moving the furniture, 1 BR, 1 LR, 1 FR, 1 DR, They did not move all the furniture and rushed through the house so fast, going a bit slower they may have been able to do a better job on the carpets. Looks like an amateur did the work, not a professional. (Note: what furniture they did move, they were rough on and did not take care when moving) Also was hired to clean the bottom of 2 sofas and 2 chairs. They did not move out the sofa in the family room, only did the front and sides. With all that said, they charged me full price. When I contacted the company they did say they would come back and complete the job or give me $100 off next year. I had already started putting my house back together so I didn't want to wait another week for them to come back to do the work they should have done the first time. They might be good in other restoration work, just not good with cleaning carpets and furniture. The half star I gave was for quality and price Customer service was not there.
