Company arrived hours later than expected, however we were contacted by customer service to alert us of the schedule change. Once they did arrive, the workers discovered they had broken equipment and asked where the nearest Home Depot was. One employee left and another remained in my home. While friendly, he did not continue work until partner returned from store. Workers broke light in basement and did not sufficiently clean up the broken glass, or offer compensation. My family is happy with the final result, noticing a fresher smelling home while furnace is running and decrease in allergy symptoms, however we would not call upon this company again.

We have been using dustbusters for over 10 years now, we have a special needs daughter who requires a very Sanitary environment. Denise and Dan have sent out the most professional crew each and every time, to keep our house abundantly clean and clear of dirt, grime, dog hair, even inside or outside, I could never imagine using any other service for carpet, Upolstrey, or any sanitized environment requirements! On top of that, I waited till the spring to get my garage floor epoxy Coates & covered, they even do a awesome job at that too! Thank you Dustbusters!!!
