FABULOUS EXPERIENCE WITH DUKES!!! The whole team is extremely responsive and flexible, as they were able to honor our desired date. Our assigned handyman was an expert in everything. Fast, professional, and a fun person. For each item on our list, he took the time to really understand our needs and then suggested the best method (and reviewing alternatives as needed.) Also, our handyman was also proactive. While he was looking around our home, he noticed a broken dryer vent that would have shortly created problems with our laundry. Then he quickly fixed a leaning railing on the front porch for good measure. What a relief to have an expert on your side! Not also was everything was fixed right the first time, but also it was super efficient to get "looming" problems done at the same time.

very quick to respond. they removed three trailer loads of various brush, a pile I have been adding to for 15 years with the bob cat and grapple bucket.

They came early this morning, repaired my eaves with metal flashing that came down in really bad windy and rain storm. They did a wonderful job to replace this siding before next rain storm coming.

Travis and his team were amazing. They were working non stop thru some of the hottest temps so far this year. The patio and gate came out amazing. We are extremely happy with the quality of work and customer service they provided. They went above and beyond want was called for. I highly recommend them to anyone

I should've paid more attention to those 14 one star reviews! Ignore the good reviews, they don't make up for it!! Ben White (owner) is quick to come out and meet you, and get the job nailed down. I hired him to plant some rhododendrons and do some pressure washing, as well as replace a door. The quote changed depending on several variables, but that was all verbal, and never shown on paper. Things become confusing that way, and the hidden charges aren't as obvious. When I asked for receipts for the plants (I paid for them) Ben's response was "I don't have receipts and I don't have to provide them, we agreed on price." Apparently he realized that was not legal, so he followed up the next day, and sent the receipt anyway. Then I knew why he didn't want me to see it! He charged more to install them, with his industrial equipment (didn't take long) than the plants cost in the first place. the guys he sent to our house, didn't know where the plants were supposed to go. Since Ben didn't tell us what day/time he was having the crew show up, we couldn't hang around all day to show them. Not only did they have no idea what they were supposed to be doing, they were foul mouthed, unprofessional, rude, and wasted a huge amount of time. My favorite was them playing soccer in the front yard when they thought no-one was looking. Before we were even half way through, I got the reminder to pay the balance, which I refused. Good thing or I might not have ever seen them again! There was a charge for $1000 to trim a (0NE) tree, which I refused. Funny, that was never deducted.....They hauled off a small propane fire pit. At the last minute I was told to take the tank would be an additional $150 charge, so I said leave the tank. Suddenly the price dropped to fifty dollars! Wow The work they did was ok. Definitely not worth the hassle. If there's a concern or an issue, expect Ben to become a hostile teenager. He can't maintain a professional facade for very long. He said to let him know if anything wasn't done properly and he'd make it right. But when I sent photos of mold that still remains after the pressure wash, he didn't respond. Funny, he's really lightening fast to respond when there's money in it for him. This is all so unfortunate, and not just for us. We would employed this company to do many more jobs around the house and yard, if they'd treated us fairly. Kind of a short sighted way to do business. I wish I could add photos to this review....
