We’ve had an outstanding experience working with Luis (Duenas LLC)! So far, he’s painted our living room, sun room, porch ceiling, and dining room ceiling — all with incredible attention to detail and care. He also refinished a floor in our office, and the results were beautiful. When we bought a new light fixture for our dining room and weren’t confident in handling the electrical work ourselves, he kindly made a stop just to hang it for us. He had it up perfectly in half the time it would’ve taken us to even figure it out! He’s also scheduled to seal our windows, repair any spots with rot, clean the roof, and paint our gutters — and based on his work so far, we have total confidence it’ll be done just as well. He provides expert advice without ever pushing unnecessary work, his pricing is fair, and his craftsmanship is top-notch. On top of all that, he’s friendly, reliable, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Totally pleased with my kitchen painting project! Luis and son did a fine job--from the start with the extensive covering up of tile floor and cabinets to the ceiling repair. Always worked to please and go out of the way to make things right! Thanks for the great work. I will be having them back for future painting projects!!

Luis and his son did tremendous work for me. They powerwashed and repainted my old deck to make it look like new. They also installed a beautiful awning to keep it dry when it rains. When working underneath the deck, they found a huge problem with the supports that were holding up the deck and repaired it swiftly and beautifully. Would highly recommend these contractors to anyone!

Luis was prompt, professional and patiently explained everything he was doing. It was a pleasure meeting him and I hope to use him again on some other projects around the house. I highly recommend Luis.

Could not be happier that I connected with this business. Did not utilize for kitchen or bath remodeling, but would not hesitate to do so if I ever needed those things done. Instead, he and his son did outdoor work for me--powerwashed and painted my deck (20 x 15 foot structure), silicone sealed framework of my windows, and painted my spouting. Excellent work. Great communication with them. Utilized the best products for the jobs and were reasonably priced in their compensation for the work. I have already recommended them to several of my friends. May be utilizing them again for additional work on my property. They're the best in my book!!

Luis and his son did an amazing job. They powerwashed and stained my deck and brought new lift to it. Then while digging to create a patio situation under the deck, they found the deck did not have concrete footers holding it up! They created the concrete footings to fix and secure the deck. These men are thorough and professional and I would highly recommend to anyone!

Hired Duenas Management for a master bathroom renovation and the work expanded into multiple other projects from there

We discovered Luis thru another company. He was the subcontractor and handled the remodel project. We liked his work and work ethic so much we hired him directly for the second bathroom. I cannot say enough about his integrity and workmanship. Itâ s refreshing!!
