I believe the work they did was competent; however, note that you will need to follow these young men around to "reset" your thermostats, put furniture back in place and turn off lights. I even had a situation where they left the A/C filter on the floor and the vent grate open. Now I have to find a way to get a ladder to my 3rd floor to fix it! A challenge since I am almost 80. They also destroyed a custom inset vent and left it as "my problem". All issues I had with them involved lack of care and immaturity.

The technicians were very polite and did a very good job. They explained the process and were very efficient.
