I was curious about the condition of our dryer vent in the condo we recently moved into. Upon inspection Mike found that are venting was substandard. Installed was a flexible pipe typically used to connect the dryer to the exhaust pipe. This flexible, white plastic pipe was run through the wall into the attic and connected incorrectly to a vent in the soffit. He recommended removing all the piping and installing the proper pipe through the wall and up and out our roof . He said he could do the work right away and he did. The entire job took about 3 1/2 hours. There was a dramatic improvement in the flow of air and everything seems to be working properly. I am very happy with the work that was done.

Our technician was Mike Ross. Mike was punctual, notifying us with his expected arrival time. He explained what was going on and explained our options. He replaced the vent hose. He cleaned the inside of the dryer, leaving us with what appears to be a new dryer. He also cleaned and removed lint from lint trap, the exterior vent line, and vacuumed/cleaned behind both the dryer and washer. Professional, knowledgeable, and clean!
