These folks came out in a very short time, much shorter than expected. The tech was extremely polite, informative, professional, and thorough. We ended up having an entire new dryer vent system installed. It was done quickly, professionally, attention to detail was paramount, and technician was very dedicated to ensuring the whole process was explained. He gave me the â grand tourâ afterwards, showing air flow and air temp from his instruments and made sure I was in full acceptance of the new install. Everything was cleaned up beyond expectations; it was as if they were never there. I am extremely pleased with products, performance, quality of install, and both courtesy and professionalism of tech who performed the work. I highly recommend this company to anyone with dryer vent system issues. I guarantee you will be taken care of like a VIP.!!!!!!!!

This was my first experience with Dryer Vent Wizard. I needed my dryer cleaned & checked for accumulated lint. Mike Gurley was the service technician that came out to do my service. He was very courteous & professional. He explained the components of my dryer & how to check for lint buildup. Before any work was begun, he prepared a quote for my approval. He replaced original vent hose with a fireproof one along with a pest-proof outside vent cover. I feel confident that the work was done correctly. I feel much safer now that the dryer is lint free & operating correctly. Thanks Mike, great job!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mike and this company. Mike provided excellent customer service. He did an outstanding job of explaining things/educating me so that I could make informed decisions regarding my dryer vent line and other things that needed attention.. Unfortunately, in my 14-year old home, my vent line had too many turns and was not up to code;; therefore, I made the decison for a portion of the vent line to be redone. Even though the overall expense was much greater than I had anticipated, when making the appointment, I feel very confident that the work was done in an excellent manner and that my vent line (and home) is now much safer!
