From my first call with questions, to the finished job 1st rate professional service. Ray, the technician, was just excellent. The job was completed, and they cleaned up afterwards. I might add, the work was completed in our attic, very hot, temps was near 95. If you head any work done to your dryer vent fan, duct cleaning, etc hire these people.

We needed our dryer duct cleaned out, and put in a request via HomeAdvisor. Not only was Dryer Vent Wizard the first vendor to respond, but they were also able to schedule us in same-day, which none of the other vendors could do. Their pricing was also very competitive, so choosing them was a no-brainer. Ray showed up on time and did a fantastic job. He communicated, very clearly, every step of the process and let us know what he was doing and why. Other pros should take note: it is important for you to educate your customers, like Ray did, so that they understand any additional steps or services being performed. We built our home new just 4 years ago. Even though we have a large family that does a lot of laundry, the amount of lint in the ductwork was alarming. We'll definitely be bringing Dryer Vent Wizard out annually for a cleaning. The pricing was reasonable, and the service went above and beyond what we've experienced with most vendors.

Excellent job. Our dryer vent was worse than we ever imagined. It was taking three hours to dry a load of towels but after the vent cleaning it took only 20 minutes. Fantastic.

Ray Cappola is a top notch technician. He thoroughly explained the steps that he was going to be performing to clean out the dryer and vent system. Before he left, Ray made sure that everything that needed to be cleaned up, both inside and outside the house, was pristine. Great Job...⠦⠦⠦.
