On time, professional, and quality work. My only concern was the large John Deere tractor that was used to dig holes on outside of foundation. When tractor left site it was driven across my leech field, and I am concerned that it may have been damaged. Prior to start of project I agreed to the informed cost, however after completion I thought that $160 per man hour was high.
Response from Company:
There was no damage to the leach field as we use a tractor with special tires to distribute the weight over a wide area. The $160 per man hour is not an accurate rate as the total price included labor and materials.

The job took longer than expected, but we are very happy with the result. Rob took extra time and did whatever was neccesary to please and the cellar floor and drain system is great. Two minor problems- he removed a lot of ledge from my cellar, and I paid extra to haul the rock away. The lawn was wet on pour day, and the cement truck left deep ruts.

The extra ledge that was removed was to create a flat surface that was originally going to be left sloped. I suggested the additional ledge removal after we started the job and charged the customer only the labor cost, We repaired the damage to the lawn the same week of completion.
