Too expensive! But they know they got you over a barrel when your sewer is plugged. Will not recommend. Will not use them again. $400 for 1/2 hours work and no guarantee because they claim pipe is cracked. Bull.

The mainline was totally backed up. We told the homeowner what the problem was, how much it would cost to fix it, and that he was not obligated to use us. He agreed to have us fix it. The tenant flushed tampons and wipes, which is why there is no warranty. We finished the rodding, the water went down, and we showed him the crack in the pipe at the wall. It is visible just by looking down the cleanout with a flashlight. No bull. I gave him $35 off, so the price was not $400. We are here to help.

Showed up early, got right to work. I like that they explained the process fully. Offered further services and gave me a 35$ coupon. Did a great job and everything is working great. A huge burden lifted. Hopefully we won't need again, but would not hesitate to call. Highly recommend.

They were very good and showed up on time. Explained things to us. BUT the last part of the job was never completed, even with reminders. The toilet keeps flushing for no reason. They had the para to fix it but not the right size We still paid in full EVEN though our water Bill is almost double the usual Bill! Waste of water, annoying sound...The technician said he would come back to make it right. They are very busy but it has been about 3 weeks waiting on it. :

Drains R Us responded to my emergency call where others didn't even though these others said they had emergency services. That is why Drains R Us was hired and they did an excellent job. Their customer service worked!

Tony and Ken with Drains R Us came by today to fix a shower drain that had stopped functioning. From start to finish, they were professional, explained what they were doing, and even took the time to do a little teaching. I am extremely satisfied with the service, and will utilize Drains R Us again should the need present itself.
