Drains R Us saved the day. I was having sewer issues, they went out of their way to make room in their schedule and take care of me. They really know their stuff. I've worked with a lot of plumbers over the years, and these guys are the best. They were on-time, professional, and left everything clean, even after pulling horrific sludge from my sewer pipes. If you need a plumber that is going to get it right, call these guys. I've saved their number in my phone and put their magnet on my fridge.

Mike was on time, very personable, & explained what needed to be done and why. He worked long & hard on a very hot day & in tight quarters until the job was done.

Showed up with 2 plumbers when one would have been enough. The work was done well and very professional. However, a small job turned out to be a big one. Repairing a broken shower faucet was not as simple as replacing the broken part because of mineral build-up. The entire valve was replaced which included cutting a hole in the tiled wall of the adjacent bath. But, it is what it is. Nothing is as simple as it looks.

He was late in getting to my home but he called several hours ahead of the scheduled time to explain the reason he would be late. He was very helpful and courteous and cleaned up afterwards. I intend to hire him again for future work. Very please with his service.

Did a good job. Was an emergency job so there wasn't much time to look and compare.
