Steven Koski our draftsperson of Drafting Homes helped us with our rezoning project in Santa Clara, CA. He helped us put together plan drawings of our property before and after the rezone. He was very pleasant to work with, listened to all of our needs and his work product was exceptional with an attention to detail. He produced the work in a timely manner and followed up to make sure we were happy with our finished product. His pricing was very reasonable as well too. We would highly recommend working with Steven of Drafting Homes.

This company (Steven Koski )took me for $2200 and did not deliver the service that I paid for (not at the time of this writing). Always wanting more money. Recommend checking with the Business and Profession Office and the Better Business Bureau prior to doing business with the company (Drafting Homes).

Response from Company:

The house remodel and room addition drawings were completed and delivered. The city planning department has discovered that two unrelated building structures (e.g., detached garage, bbq enclosure) were built illegally and needed drawings for a building permit. The drawings for the two unrelated structures were not included in the original scope of work and need a new agreement. We have offered to provide a new agreement for drawings that will legalize the two structures.

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
