I hired this company on May 8th and it is now May 31st and the only thing done so far is the old liner has been removed. I have not received a call to let me know the status and was told when hired that I would be swimming in 10 day. Its now 23 days and I don't even have a liner in place. I don't even know the final cost yet. Poor service!

It did take that long because of the flood we had. That caused a delay in getting the liners out. As soon as it came in I installed it and she was happy.

I thought I needed a new motor for my pool pump, but Jerry came out and said all I needed was a start relay. I actually had a spare motor with bad bearings. Instead of charging me for a part I did not need, Jerry used the relay off the old motor and just charged me labor. I will definitely keep him in mind if I have any other issues.

I was very impressed he came the day after I requested service and at the exact time i requested. He immediately fixed the problem. Because of my knowledge about cost of parts etc, . , I know he did not overcharge for the part and the $100 dollar service charge for super speedy, competent work is a steal!

The job was never completed and there was no follow up, especially after the money was collected.

He wanted me to tear his slab down, but I don't do that. He wanted me to haul it off, but I have no place to haul it. I did not agree on that.

What great service! I called, Mr. Douglas came over the next day, started work the next & completed the job within 3 days. That included emptying the pool, cleaning the algae, filling the pool, and putting in all new chemicals. He came over every day for a week to make sure everything was right. Wow! My highest recommendations.
