Dennis and team were quick to respond. They diagnosed our broken water heater same day and installed an upgraded system a few days later. Dennis was great to work with, and accommodated some personal choices. Expect great things!

We recently bought a house and have needed quite a few plumber visits- Doug Anderson has been GREAT. Communication is top notch (texting, messages with provider photos ahead of time), billing is clear, and I think we have met at least four of their service guys now and they are all extremely friendly and efficient. Dennis was here this morning and was great! He fixed a rotted out pipe section in no time at all. Not usually a good thing to NEED to call a plumber but these folks have made it as painless as possible.

It's taking quite some time for a quote on a home renovation project. It's been great so far working with the company though. Great staff.

I needed 2 backflow preventers replaced , a water heater repaired and a to0ilet repaired. I had a quote from a very famous local plumbing/heating company for $4000! I called Doug for a second opinion and he came in at HALF the price!! and that was AFTER I showed him the first quote! He didn't seem surprised at all about the first quote. Not only was he half the price but he pointed out that my 6 year warranty on my water heater had 6 months left and said I could get a new one thru that warranty for $100!!! He took care of going thru the company getting me the new heater. He completed the job in a few hours. I will NEVER call another plumber again! My recommendation is to run, not walk, to get Doug for your needs. On top of that he is so very nice. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Had a pinhole leak in a copper pipe, in tight quarters. Found Doug on the internet, he picked up the call. Told me he'd call me back to discuss that evening... and actually did (a rarity). Had me text pictures and based on those figured out the approach and said he'd come the next day. Came when he said he would and fixed the problem inside of an hour. Pricing was absolutely reasonable. Was happy to chat about a couple of other potential projects I had. In a world where it's difficult to find reliable skilled trades, I have nothing but the highest recommendation for Doug.

Doug was very responsive and helpful. He didn't do the work himself, but handled all of the customer service and scheduling. The total cost came in a bit more than the high range of the estimate, but the work was done quickly and without hassle.
