Double Diamond Property Maintenance

I am very happy with the work that John and Jay did. They did a variety of jobs including: installing shelves, a new dryer vent hose, a plumbing job, and a new electrical outlet. I will be happy to call on them in the future.

My wife and I were remodeling a 50 year old house with many outdated items. We originally hired Double Diamond to replace a kitchen sink that involved removal and reinstallation of tile. Rather than hiring a tile expert, a plumber and a handyman to do the work, we took a chance on Double Diamond. Their "can do" attitude gave us the confidence to hire them on other projects. Double Diamond proceeded to replace rotted exterior wood, install cook top and vent, repair outdoor plumbing, as well as replace patio cover. We are extremely happy with all the work they did and communication could not be better/easier. Double Diamond will be our first call on all of our home improvement/repair needs.

I usually like to see photos of past projects the contractors have completed. John sent me some pics of work he and Jason worked on. Although I did not see a ton of photos from past projects, the ones I did see made me feel they were worth giving a try. John and Jason showed up 10 minutes early, they were so nice and wasted no time getting started. They were removing my a/c from my window and installing it into the wall. They took care of everything, even moving our heavy bed frame away from where they needed to work. And they waited till we vacuum back behind the headboard, and move bed frame back. They knock out that so quickly, including the time they had to run to the hardware for the material. When they were finished, the a/c unit fits very snugly into the wall. And they were willing to fix a small electrical problem at no charge. I prayed that I would have this home improvement project done properly, and my prayer was answered. John and Jason will definitely be who my wife and I will be calling for any future projects. And for yours, I would highly recommend them.

Working with Jason and John has been a pleasure. Their work is done very professionally and at a reasonable price. My job came with many 'surprise's' and they were well equipped to handle what ever came along. I have plans for future work and I will defiantly call John and Jason again.
